Project Overview

UI redesign of Chilton & Chadwick’s website executed with the UX team, paired with full Webflow development to deliver a scalable, performant, and editor‑friendly build; goals included elevating a luxury‑real‑estate brand, improving property discovery, and shortening time‑to‑publish for listings and editorial content.

Role & Collaboration

  • Led end‑to‑end UI across listing, agent, and service templates.

  • Collaborated with the UX team to preserve validated IA, align with luxury tone, and support multi‑region content.

  • Owned Webflow development (CMS schema, dynamic templates, interactions) and accessibility/performance QA.

Process

  • Co‑designed from existing wireframes and content priorities.

  • Established a lean UI kit (type scale, palette, spacing, states) for property cards, agent bios, and service modules.

  • Implemented a Webflow CMS architecture for listings, agents, services, features, and regions with editor‑friendly fields and SEO structure.

Solution Highlights

  • Modular property cards with clear specs, price, and location for quick scanning and cross‑filtering across Fairfield County and beyond.

  • Agent and leadership templates highlighting expertise, geographies, and specialties to reflect a concierge‑style, global offering.

  • CMS collections powering dynamic services (e.g., waterfront, luxury, concierge) and geo‑landing pages for fast publishing and consistent SEO.

Impact & Outcomes

  • Clearer navigation and discovery across listings, agents, and services, aligned with a high‑touch, internationally connected brand.

  • Faster content operations via Webflow CMS for new listings, team updates, and service pages, with structured fields improving consistency and time‑to‑market.

Lessons Learned

Designing CMS schemas around real estate objects (properties, agents, services, regions) and their relationships upfront sustains luxury‑grade storytelling and enables rapid updates across multi‑market content.
