Project Overview

Mobile experience that turns yearly goals into daily actions with mantra setup, output tracking, daily challenges, reminders, buddies, and podcasts—designed to keep momentum for 365 days.

Role & Collaboration

  • Owned UX/UI across onboarding, core flows (mantra, output, challenges), and component library.

  • Partnered with content/marketing to align copy and notifications with the program cadence.

  • Delivered specs and assets for iOS/Android with accessibility and performance constraints.

Process

  • Audit: Reviewed course mechanics and prior app to map habits, streaks, and drop-off points.

  • IA & Flows: Structured clear entry points for mantra, daily task, progress, and media (podcast).

  • Design: Defined type scale, color for contrast, motion for feedback, and a modular system for cards, lists, and trackers.

  • Validation: Quick tests on daily challenge completion, reminder timing, and streak visibility.

  • Handoff: Platform-ready components, redlines, and export rules for a smooth build.

Solution Highlights

  • Mantra: Simple setup and edit, clear “complete” state, and overdue handling to keep focus.

  • Output & Progress: Lightweight tracker, daily score, and yearly overview with streak cues.

  • Challenges: Daily challenge cards with clear actions and reminders so none are missed.

  • Reminders & Buddies: Flexible notifications and accountability features to sustain habits.

  • Podcasts: In-app access to Andrea’s audio to guide and motivate.

Impact & Outcomes

  • Higher day-to-day completion via clearer flows and timely reminders.

  • Better adherence to the 365 cadence with visible streaks and a year overview.

  • Faster content ops through reusable templates and componentized UI.

Lessons Learned

  • Make the next action obvious; momentum beats optionality in habit apps.

  • Micro-feedback and streak visibility increase commitment over time.

  • Modular components let the program evolve without visual drift
