One portal to rule them all (Categories)
In redesigning the web portal of effectively.com, a platform known for the development of personal growth, there were many challenges. The aim was to study user behaviour when using the old platform to understand what worked and what did not.
A data-driven first approach allowed the design phase to examine and organise the data with the aim of better serving its customers and consumers, offering new features and services that would improve the user experience of the platform.

A design system was needed
Considering the different navigation flows, in accordance with the different customer journeys, it was necessary to build a design system underpinning the project.
Different components were created according to the different types of customers who have access to different types of features on the platform.
This approach allowed us to best organise the components and UI elements to be hidden or evoked according to the requirement.
