Project Overview

Website and funnel refresh for LIX Invest’s ecosystem (community, education, and services) to clarify offerings like Wikilix, Plannix, Tradix, and Rendix, and help retail investors choose the right path.

Role & Collaboration

  • Owned UX/UI across IA, product pages, pricing, onboarding flows, and a reusable component library.

  • Worked with content and education teams to align copy with the firm’s investing principles and value ladders.

  • Delivered specs, tokens, and patterns to speed iteration while keeping credibility and compliance top of mind.

Process

  • Audit: Mapped user intents (learn, plan, trade, income), page performance, and trust gaps across product pages.

  • IA & Flows: Grouped offerings by investor need; simplified navigation; clarified next steps per product (trial, join, book).

  • Design: Readable type, strong contrast, and modular sections for outcomes, curriculum, testimonials, FAQs, and guarantees.

  • Validation: Click‑tracking and content tests to refine headlines, proof placement, and CTA hierarchy.

  • Handoff: Tokenized components and page templates for fast rollout across campaigns.

Solution Highlights

  • Clear product positioning: who it’s for, how it works, what results to expect (with realistic, compliant framing).

  • Guided choice: comparison cues to pick between Plannix (autonomy), Tradix (equities focus), and Rendix (income).

  • Trust stack: expert bios, community size, methodology summaries, and risk reminders placed near CTAs.

  • Friction‑light onboarding: short forms, progress cues, and transparent next steps (access, tools, support).

Impact & Outcomes

  • Higher clarity on offerings reduced bounce between product pages and improved click‑through to onboarding.

  • Stronger credibility signals increased trial starts and consult bookings where offered.

  • A componentized system accelerated page launches for new campaigns without visual drift.

Lessons Learned

  • Investor intent should drive IA; label pages by needs, not org structure.

  • Proof beats promise; place evidence and risks near the decision, not just the footer.

  • Design tokens keep performance and consistency high as content scales.
